Transparent property research

Data Sources Behind PropertyLens

PropertyLens combines free public datasets, licensed property feeds, and official-search checklists so buyers can understand what is known from open data and what still needs a legal certificate, registry search or professional review.

Important: Open-data findings are indicators only. PropertyLens does not claim to provide a current title search, planning certificate, rates certificate, water certificate, land tax clearance or solicitor review. Where a legal search is required, we identify the official pathway and link to the relevant authority.

Why we publish source links

Property research is only useful when you can trace it back to the source. PropertyLens reports should help buyers ask better questions, not replace official certificates or professional advice. If a result matters to a purchase decision, verify it with the linked authority and your solicitor, conveyancer, valuer or planner.
